Refund Policy

At ORẸMRẸ, we are committed to providing you with premium home fragrance products. Due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened or used. We thank you for understanding and invite you to review our policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.oremre@gmail.com, and provide the following:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

We will promptly review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used items.

  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion marked as "final sale."

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Process for Refunds

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at info.oremre@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items).

  4. Processing the Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info.oremre@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
